How to score
Two scales
A 1–5 rating scale, where 1 is strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree. And yes/no blocks, where you count your total yes answers.
No perfect score
There is no such thing, and chasing one is its own kind of mismatch. The goal is awareness: once you can see where the gaps are, you have options.
